Sustainability

Interpuerto Monterrey has a sustainable focus. Its phase planning scheme allows value generation for the community, keeping in mind a minimized impact on the environment. The effect of Interpuerto Monterrey in regards to investment and economic benefits for the state, places Interpuerto in a unique and unprecedented place.

The mission of Interpuerto Monterrey is supported by three main pillars: the economic aspect, the social aspect, and the impact of the development on the environment. At Interpuerto Monterrey we aim to find a balance amongst these principles, basing our strategy and aligning our actions with these three pillars.

This way we are preventing excessive water consumption in garden areas, since most of the species found and rescued inside Interpuerto Monterrey do not require much water since they grow in a semi-desertic climate.
